Crownline Customs LLC provides permanent LED lighting design, installation, and support services for residential and commercial properties. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our materials are owned by Crownline Customs LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crownline Customs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as expressly stated in a written service agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crownline Customs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
